For Showtime!

Nous preparons le ShowTime, un evenement qui montre a travers les nasheeds et le théâtre  etc ce que nous sommes et ce que nous avons appris a IQRA.

Nous demandons les élèves de choisir un nasheed. Ils sont familiers déjà avec les deux, mais le tempo du nasheed, et les paroles détermineront ce que nous allons montrer au public.

Les élèves peuvent commencer dès maintenant a écouter et apprendre les deux!

Science Lab this Saturday.

Assalamu alaikum!

Nous organisons une séance de travaux pratiques de science ce samedi 15 février inshaAllah. Nous aurions besoin d'une plage de temps plus long pour compléter cette activité.

Pendant ce temps, nous allons également finaliser notre première lettre pour les élèves du CM1 du Jewish Day Primary School. 

Nous travaillerons de 8h30 a midi inshaAllah!

Giving to our Ummah

IQRA is currently doing another drive to help our ummah. 

We are collecting donations of food, clothing, shoes and toys. The students will be giving all proceeds to a local childrens' hospital. We will continue collecting donations until February 28th inshaAllah!

Students can give their donations directly to Mme ZamZam.

Animal adaptations Science Project work

Assalamu alaikum.

The students have a Science project to complete by Monday 10 February inshaAllah on Animal adaptations.

They will have to create a new animal that can adapt to live either in the Artic or in the desert. They will need to describe two structural adaptations and two behavioural adaptations and draw the animal as well.

Each student has a project sheet that needs to be signed when the project is turned in.
